Terms of Service

By creating an account, or by otherwise accessing or using GetReady, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization, and you in these terms means that organization.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and explains how we handle personal data.

Platform

The GetReady website at https://getready.com.np, the web application and all features within it.

Candidate

A user who builds resumes, practises interviews and applies to roles.

Recruiter

A user acting for an employer to post roles, screen applicants and run interviews.

Organization

An employer account that owns jobs, departments, templates and its recruiter team.

Employer

A Recruiter or Organization, collectively.

Your Content

Anything you submit: profile details, resumes, uploaded files, job descriptions, interview answers, notes and messages.

Credits

The internal unit consumed when you run a credit-metered AI action. Credits are a licence to use a feature, not currency or stored value.

AI Output

Anything a model generates on the platform: analyses, scores, questions, feedback, screening summaries and writing suggestions.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.
• You must be legally able to enter a binding contract, and not barred from doing so under any applicable law or sanctions programme.
• You must not create an account after we have previously terminated one of yours.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you register and keep it current.
• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One account per person. Do not share logins or let anyone else use your account.
• Tell us at security@getready.dev promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Misrepresenting your identity, your employment or your right to represent an organization is a material breach of these terms.

Your role determines what you can access. Roles are enforced on our servers, and attempting to reach data outside your role is prohibited.

A recruiter joins an organization by invitation or by an approved join request. An organization owner is responsible for the recruiters they admit and for what those recruiters do on the platform.

Plans

Candidates start on Launchpad, our free plan, which includes a one-time credit grant. Ascent and Summit are paid plans that refill credits each billing cycle and unlock additional features. Organizations subscribe to their own plans with entitlements based on hiring volume. Current features and prices are shown on our pricing page, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Credits

• Credit-metered actions include mock interviews, resume analyses, job-match analyses and AI writing suggestions. The cost per action depends on your plan.
• Credits are deducted when an action starts and returned automatically if the action fails through no fault of yours.
• Paid-plan credits refill each cycle and do not carry over. Purchased top-up packs remain available while your account is active.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for money.
• If a paid plan lapses, your account reverts to Launchpad and unused plan credits are forfeited.

Payment

We accept card payments through Stripe and wallet payments through eSewa and Khalti. Prices are shown before you confirm and are exclusive of any taxes or duties that apply to you, which are your responsibility. You authorise us and our providers to charge the payment method you supply.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may downgrade your plan or suspend paid features until it is resolved.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for. You keep paid features until that period expires, then move to Launchpad.

Refunds

• Fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods and for credits already spent.
• We will refund a duplicate or incorrectly processed charge in full.
• We will consider a pro-rata refund where a sustained platform fault prevented you from using the features you paid for.
• Top-up packs are refundable only if entirely unused and purchased within the last 14 days.
• Where consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you stronger refund rights, those rights apply and nothing here reduces them.

Send refund requests to support@getready.dev with your transaction reference. We aim to decide within 10 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, and wallet refunds follow the timelines of the gateway involved.

You agree not to do any of the following.

Misuse of the platform

• Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-export data, including candidate profiles and job listings, by any automated means.
• Reverse engineer the platform, probe or bypass authentication, rate limits or role restrictions, or access data belonging to another account.
• Interfere with the service through excessive load, denial-of-service techniques, or the introduction of malicious code.
• Resell, sublicense or white-label the platform, or use it to build a competing service.
• Use credits or AI features through scripted or bulk automation rather than normal interactive use.

Misuse of content

• Impersonate another person, or submit a resume, profile or credential that is not truthfully yours.
• Post a job that does not exist, or use a listing to collect personal data, advance a scheme, or solicit payment from applicants.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit material, or anything infringing another party’s rights.
• Upload confidential information you are not authorised to share, including a former employer’s material.

Misuse in hiring

• Discriminate against candidates on the basis of race, ethnicity, caste, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, pregnancy, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
• Use AI Output as the sole basis for rejecting, shortlisting or advancing a candidate.
• Use candidate data for anything other than evaluating that candidate for a role they applied to, or for a role they consented to be considered for.
• Contact candidates for purposes unrelated to recruitment, or add them to marketing lists.

We may investigate suspected breaches and take any step we consider appropriate, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts and notifying authorities.

You keep ownership

Your Content remains yours. We claim no ownership of your resumes, profile, job descriptions or anything else you submit.

The licence you give us

To run the platform we need permission to handle your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, format and transmit Your Content, and to process it through the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide and improve the features you use. This licence exists only for that purpose and ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies retained in backups for a short period and records we must keep by law.

Your warranties

• You have the right to submit Your Content and to grant the licence above.
• Your Content is accurate and does not infringe any third party’s rights.
• You have any consent needed for personal data about other people that you upload, including references and third-party details on a resume.

Public resumes

If you mark a resume public, anyone with the link can view it. That is your choice to make and to reverse, and we are not responsible for what others do with content you have chosen to publish.

AI Output

You may use AI Output generated for you, including for commercial purposes such as the resume you send to an employer. AI Output is produced by models that generate similar responses for many users, so we cannot promise it is unique to you, and we make no claim of ownership over it.

Our AI features are genuinely useful and genuinely imperfect. Being precise about the difference protects both of us.

• Output is advisory. ATS scores, skill matches, interview feedback and screening summaries are estimates intended to inform a human decision.
• Output can be wrong. Models can misinterpret a document, miss context, or produce inconsistent results for the same input. Verify anything that matters before relying on it.
• Not professional advice. Nothing generated on the platform is legal, employment, immigration, financial or career advice.
• No outcome is promised. Using GetReady does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment or a successful hire.
• Human review is required in hiring. A qualified person must make the final call on every hiring decision.
• Providers may change. We may switch or add AI providers, and quality may vary between them. Our current providers are listed in the Privacy Policy.

If you use GetReady as a Recruiter or Organization, you take on additional obligations because you are handling other people’s personal data.

1. 1.Post only genuine, currently open roles, and describe them accurately.
2. 2.Comply with all employment, equal-opportunity, data protection and anti-discrimination law that applies to you.
3. 3.Use candidate data only to evaluate candidates for the roles they applied to or consented to be considered for.
4. 4.Keep a human decision-maker accountable for every hiring outcome, and be able to explain how AI Output was used.
5. 5.Keep candidate data confidential, restrict access to team members who need it, and do not export it into systems that cannot protect it.
6. 6.Honour candidate requests to access, correct or delete data you hold about them, and cooperate with us when we pass one on.
7. 7.Delete candidate data when it is no longer needed for your hiring or compliance purposes.

The platform itself , the software, design, GetReady name and logo, resume templates, interview question sets, scoring methodology and documentation , belongs to GetReady Technologies or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose, subject to these terms. Everything not expressly granted is reserved. You may not use our name, logo or branding without our written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without obligation to you. We appreciate them.

The platform depends on third parties, including Supabase for hosting, Uploadcare for file storage, OpenRouter and NVIDIA for AI inference, Google for optional sign-in, and Stripe, eSewa and Khalti for payments.

Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We choose our providers carefully and hold them to contractual commitments, but we are not responsible for their acts, omissions or outages. Job listings and employer content come from other users, and we do not verify or endorse them.

We work to keep GetReady available and fast, but we do not commit to a specific uptime level unless we have agreed one with you in writing. Maintenance, upgrades, provider incidents and events outside our control can interrupt the service.

• We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you actively rely on, we will give reasonable notice.
• Features marked beta or experimental may be unstable, may change without notice, and may be withdrawn.
• We may set fair-use limits on requests, uploads, storage and AI actions to protect the service for everyone.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We specifically disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy.

We do not warrant that:

• the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
• AI Output will be accurate, complete, current or suitable for your purpose;
• using the platform will result in an interview, a job offer, employment or a successful hire;
• job listings, employer details or candidate submissions posted by other users are genuine or accurate;
• any defect will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those places, this section applies only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetReady Technologies and its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages;
• loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity or anticipated savings;
• lost or corrupted data, including content you did not keep a copy of;
• a job, promotion, candidate or business opportunity you did not obtain;
• a hiring decision made by you or by an employer using the platform;
• the acts or omissions of another user, or of a third-party provider.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold GetReady Technologies harmless from any claim, liability, loss or reasonable cost, including legal fees, arising from:

• your breach of these terms or of any applicable law;
• Your Content, including a claim that it infringes someone’s rights;
• your use of candidate data, and any hiring decision you make;
• your misrepresentation of your identity, employment or authority to act for an organization.

We will notify you of any claim we seek indemnity for and give you a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defence.

By you

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first, because deletion is permanent. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except as set out in section 6.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where practicable and immediately where the situation requires it, if you materially breach these terms, if your use puts other users or the platform at risk, if payment fails and is not resolved, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service.

Where we discontinue the service or terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees. Where we terminate for your breach, fees already paid are not refundable.

What survives

Sections on your content licence for material already published, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and these general terms survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@getready.dev and give us 30 days to resolve the matter. Most disputes can be settled this way, and we would rather fix a problem than litigate it.

Claims must be brought individually. You and we agree not to bring a claim as a class or representative action. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

Entire agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the pricing page are the whole agreement between us on this subject and replace any earlier understanding.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice in the product or by email. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date means you accept the update. If you do not accept it, stop using the platform and cancel any paid plan.

Severability

If a provision is held unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent needed or severed, and the rest stays in force.

No waiver

Not enforcing a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, power or network failure, and government action.

Notices

We may give notice by email to your registered address or in the product. Notices to us go to our legal contact below.

Language

These terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience, and the English version prevails.
