Hiring is broken on both sides of the table.
Candidates guess at what employers want. Employers drown in resumes and still miss good people. GetReady exists to close that gap with tools that make preparation measurable and screening accountable.
Two groups, the same blind spot
Preparation and screening are treated as separate problems. They are the same problem viewed from opposite ends, so we built one platform that serves both.
Feedback arrives too late to be useful
- You find out what was missing from your resume only after the rejection.
- Interview practice means rehearsing alone, with no idea whether it landed.
- Advice is generic. Your gaps are specific.
Volume crowds out judgement
- Hundreds of applications per role, reviewed in seconds each.
- Screening quality drifts between reviewers and across weeks.
- Strong candidates get filtered out by keyword matching.

The product, in plain terms
Four things GetReady does well, rather than twenty it does adequately.
Resume building with real analysis
Guided templates plus an ATS score, skill-match breakdown and the specific gaps to close for a given role.
Interview practice that scores you
Realistic mock interviews with structured feedback on substance and delivery, so the second attempt is measurably better.
Screening that shows its reasoning
Applicants ranked against the role you actually wrote, with the reasoning attached so a reviewer can agree or overrule.
Hiring across every team
Departments, recruiter permissions, shared interview templates, question banks and talent pools in one place.
Principles we actually hold to
These are not posters on a wall. Each one has cost us a feature or a shortcut at some point.
AI assists, humans decide
No application is rejected or advanced by a model on its own. Every score is decision support for a person who stays accountable for the outcome.
Specific beats encouraging
Vague praise helps nobody. Feedback names the weak bullet, the missing skill, the answer that rambled , even when that is harder to hear.
Private until you choose
Your profile and practice sessions are yours. Nothing reaches an employer until you apply or explicitly opt in. Mock interviews are never shared.
Say what the model did
We show what was analysed and why a score came out the way it did. An unexplained number is not a feature, it is a liability.
Fair by construction
Screening looks at skills and experience against the role. We build against discriminatory filtering rather than trusting good intentions.
One platform, two customers
We refuse features that help one side by quietly disadvantaging the other. A tool that tricks recruiters is not a candidate feature.
How GetReady came together
We built the candidate side first, because a screening tool is worthless if the applications feeding it are weak.
- The premise
Preparation should be measurable
GetReady started from a simple frustration: candidates could not tell whether they were improving, and nobody could tell them.
- First build
Resumes and AI interviews
The resume builder, ATS analysis and mock interview engine shipped first, with structured feedback reports behind them.
- Opening up
Jobs, applications and screening
A job marketplace connected both sides, and AI screening gave recruiters ranked applicants with visible reasoning.
- NowIn progress
Hiring at organization scale
Departments, recruiter teams, interview templates, talent pools and analytics for employers running many roles at once.
- Next
Deeper signal, wider reach
Richer voice and video practice, sharper role matching, and support for more languages and regional hiring markets.
Built in Nepal, for candidates anywhere
GetReady is built by a small team based in Kathmandu. Being here shapes the product in ways a Silicon Valley office would not: we support local payment rails like eSewa and Khalti alongside cards, and we design for candidates who are competing globally from outside the usual hiring hubs.
Small team, deliberately. It means we ship carefully, answer our own support email, and can change direction when the product tells us we were wrong.
